1. Services

MECHA WEB BUILDS provides web design, website development, UI/UX design, and related digital services (“Services”). All services are provided according to the scope agreed upon in writing (proposal, invoice, or contract).

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a revised timeline.

2. Payments & Fees

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.

• Full payment must be received according to the agreed payment schedule.

• Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

• MECHA WEB BUILDS reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until all balances are paid in full.

3. Revisions & Client Responsibilities

• Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your service agreement.

• Clients are responsible for providing all required content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.

• Delays caused by missing content or feedback may impact project timelines.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved website design and content, unless otherwise stated.

• MECHA WEB BUILDS retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

• Any third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images, software) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. No Guarantees

While MECHA WEB BUILDS designs websites with performance and conversion best practices in mind, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to sales, rankings, traffic, or revenue.

Website performance depends on many factors outside our control, including marketing, industry, hosting, and user behavior.

6. Hosting, Maintenance & Third-Party Services

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

• MECHA WEB BUILDS is not responsible for hosting, domain registration, or ongoing maintenance.

• We are not liable for downtime, data loss, security breaches, or third-party service failures.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing.

• Payments made prior to termination are non-refundable.

• Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

• MECHA WEB BUILDS reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, abuse, or violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

MECHA WEB BUILDS shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business

• Website downtime or technical issues

• Errors caused by third-party software or services

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MECHA WEB BUILDS from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• Content you provide

• Your use of the website

• Violations of laws or third-party rights
